Picked up a case of Sams Creek New Zealand SB at the Santa Maria location for $2.99 a bottle. Good acidity with stone fruit and lychee flavors. Super with anything lemony or just by itself.

I second this as one of the best SB values around anywhere in quite awhile. Would easily hold its own in the $10-$15. a bottle CA pricing range. Also at Grocery Outlet is a $4.99 a bottle Lake County SB (forgot the producer's name). Fresh, clean, varietally correct, balanced acidity, touch of grass and oak, nice finish. Also an outstanding value.

Livermore GO here... they just received a shipment and they don't have anything great in stock. Maybe I need to go to a different store?
