Hello to all to who are on the hunt for the ultimate wine bargain. Good Cheap Vino used to be associated with Ning, a company that provided social website tools very much like Facebook. Now that Ning is charging $20 a month for their services, we are going to try out Good Cheap Vino in a blog format. That means that the only way you can contribute is by making comments to a post or by posting a blog of your own.
The mission of the Good Cheap Vino blog is to let viewers know about the current state of wine bargains. When we see a fantastic wine deal, we want to share it with others. This all started a couple of years ago when a group of our friends began exchanging emails about wine bargain discoveries. “I just found an amazing Pinot Noir at TJ’s on a “Hustle Buy.” “I bought a case for $130.”
In the former format we had several active users who were wine shoppers that frequented Trader Joe’s, Bev Mo, Costco, Grocery Outlet and a few others. We can still do this by posting articles about the latest good wines at these stores.
We focus our attention on wines for under $20, but if you find something a little more expensive that is perhaps worth 2 to 3 times as much, let us know. There are a ton of bargains out there, and the word in the wine industry is that we are just at the tip of the iceberg. Keep coming back to Good Cheap Vino and please offer your suggestions and comments.
Happy wine-bargain hunting to all!

So where are all these wine bargains? I have clicked on wine bargains and got nothing.
We just moved from Ning where members listed their wine bargains. There will be a transition period. Stay tuned and thanks for the interest.

Rosenblum Vintner’s Cuvee Zinfandel XXXII, California – NV at Costco
I think this is a good wine period and a great everyday wine. Costco sells this in a two-pack for $12.95! The winery price is $12.00 for one bottle and TJ’s sell this same wine for $10.00 a bottle. I’ve notice Costco appears to have a lot of wine and wine deals this summer. Check them out!
Dave,
Thanks for the heads up on this. Good wine sleuthing! I think Costco is getting very aggressive in their wine department offerings.
