VINTJS 2006 MALBEC

I have just been told that the VINTJS MALBEC is on hold. It is not out of stock, but there seems to be a reason they can not order it at present, but it should become available soon. I would advise calling other TJ's and asking if they have it in stock. I had to look twice to find it yesterday. At $7 this is a flat out steal.

Good Life Market

Run don't walk for the '06 Dry Creek Syrah they have for $7 a bottle. It has only been in bottle for 18 months. It is a winner in every way. The other wine is the "08 Concha y Toro Sauvignon Blanc with a label of TRIO..... It comes from three northern vineyards and is excellent and only $6 a bottle. Think summer light salads and cold pasta..... enough said.

Syrah deal for $7

OK, I scrwed up !!! I bought an excellent '06 Dry Creek Syrah for $7 at a large grocery store on Cortland St. They almost always have some form of closeout as part of their wine program. The name of the Syrah is: Les Caves Roties de Pente, which was some DBA for a bottler or winery. What you want to know is that the store has about 50 cases and it is outstanding for the money..
