This looks likes a very cool wine program, judging by the previews I have seen. I just realized that this program begins Saturday, June 25. That’s tomorrow! Get your TiVo or other DVR box tuned to record this series that runs through the end of July. It is fun, entertaining and educational.
The first show is “Navigating Napa Valley Cabernets.” The celebrity host is Stanley Tucci, who recently starred in the movie “Burlesque.” Interestingly enough, two of the six Napa Valley Cabernets judged in this first episode are ones that the Vintage Wine Tasters included in their taste-off of 2007 Napa Valley Cabernets in October. Are we ahead of the curve, or what!

I was a little disappointed in the program. Why not have all the Cab wines be of the same vintage?
